Remember:

Use organic ingredients whenever possible, and ensure all of your ingredients are raw, living foods. That's what your body needs!

Note:

The ratio of ingredients in raw recipes is primarily to create flavor and consistency. As such, they can be changed at will. Conversely, many traditional, cooked-food recipes require an exacting ratio of ingredients to create a desired effect--to make a cake rise, for instance.
