I found a great product at www.therawfoodworld.com called Organic Raw Hazelnut Butter. It is by Better than Roasted. A similar product, Whole Raw Organic Hazelnut Butter, can be found at www.bluemountainorganics.com. Raw hazelnut butter is bitter which works very well in some recipes.
