Blueberry Smoothie
5-6 dates (or you could try raw organic agave nectar) 1 or 2 organic oranges 1 organic banana 2-4 ice cubes
Rinse the blueberries and place them in a blender. Rinse and pit the dates. Cut the rind from the orange(s); some remaining pith is okay. Peel the banana. Add the fruits and ice cubes to the blender. Blend all until smooth.
Combine with Vanilla Cream for delicious parfait.
