Water

Not surprisingly, the better the quality of the ingredients used in a recipe, the better the result.

I use Penta® brand water for ice cubes and where recipes call for water, particularly for the Almond Milk recipe. It seems to make a huge difference, and is likely a great part of the reason the Vanilla Shake recipe (which uses almond milk) is so revitalizing.

I'm not one who drinks a lot of water. But, a friend who does tried all the waters he could find on the market, and said that Penta is far and above the best tasting. Its packaging and website provide information on what makes the water different.
