Açaí Energy Bowl

 

1 frozen açaí pack (I like organic Pure Açaí from Sambazon; it only has açaí.)

¼ cup water or Almond Milk

2 bananas, sliced

2+ tbsp. agave nectar or 6 dates

 

Blend all but one sliced banana. Serve in a bowl, topped with sliced bananas. Add some raw granola or chopped raw nuts for a pleasing crunch, if desired.

 

Makes approximately 2 cups
