Marinated Onion Ringlets

1 large onion, thinly sliced into ringlets

2/3 cup nama shoyu

¼ cup olive oil

In a mixing bowl, combine onion ringlets, olive oil, and nama shoyu. Allow onions to marinate; onions can be used after 10 minutes and can be made up to 8 hours in advance. Discard marinade.

Makes about 1 cup
