Sweet and Sour Sauce

1/4 cup plus 2 dates

2 tsp. mustard

1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. minced ginger

2 tbsp. fresh-squeezed orange juice

3 tbsp. fresh-squeezed lemon juice

2 tbsp. nama shoyu

Mix all ingredients in a mini food processor. Keeps for two days in the refrigerator.

Makes 1 cup
