Tahini Salad Dressing

 

1½ cups organic raw cashews

1-1/8 cups cold stone pressed olive oil

9 tbsp. (½ cup + 1 tbsp.) tahini

1¾ cups diced tomatoes

½ cup water

6 tbsp. lemon juice

½ cup nama shoyu

 

Makes approximately 5¼ cups

 

 

3/8 cup organic raw cashews

¼ cup cold stone pressed olive oil

2 tbsp. tahini

½ cup diced tomatoes

2 tbsp. water

1½ tbsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp. nama shoyu

 

Makes approximately 1¼ cups

 

 

Blend all ingredients in a blender (the high-speed Vitamix® blender works perfectly). Refrigerate.
