Cashew Yogurt

 

1 cup sprouted (1-2 hours or more) cashews

1 cup water

½ tsp. probiotics

Blend well (the high-speed Vitamix® blender works perfectly) until completely smooth, let it sit overnight (6-7 hours), and refrigerate.

This is a "pre-digested" food, high in amino acids and fatty acids, easily assimilated into the body. It can be eaten as is, or add berries or other fruit, dates, or use in a salad dressing recipe.

Makes approximately 1½ cups
